Founded in 2018, FLOWING Ventures is a active seed stage investments venture capital firm led by Rembrandt [FLO]res and Peter Philipp [WING]soe, based in Los Angeles, California.

Our mission is to back Innovators, Visionaries, and Dedicated Founders who want to solve the most important problems and vastly improve people’s lives around the world. We have made over 50+ investments to date, and have served as co-founders, co-creators, advisors and board members in many of these startups.

In Todays environment it’s easy to get check — we do more than write checks, we strive to be an active and true partner, by coaching, mentoring and guiding the driven entrepreneurs as they navigate their startup’s journey.

Co-Founder of EFG, Rembrandt has had the privilege of working on some of the most recognizable global brands including ASICS, Away, Casper, Sonos, Cameo, Moon, Tone It Up, Apolis, Electronic Arts, Oakley, Fox Television, Diageo, VEVO, EMI, LG Mobile, Tinder, Monster Energy, HTC, Capcom, sbe, American  Vanity, Macy’s, Onitsuka Tiger, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Generosity Water and Ubisoft to name a few, as well as produced and hosted some of the most recognizable brand events at The Sundance Film Festival, The Grammys, Art Basel, The Oscars, Coachella Music Festival, SXSW, Toronto Film Festival and MTV Video Music Awards. 

In 2016, the Los Angeles City Council proclaimed October as Filipino-American History Month and Rembrandt was among the five Filipino-Americans honored at the ceremony. He was honored for his excellence in the entertainment industry. Through this Rembrandt was highlighted on the cover of Mabuhay magazine along with an 8-page spread on his envied life in Los Angeles. He has also been featured in Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Mega Man, Deadline and many more. More recently, during the Pandemic, he’s been hosting and moderating online shows, while working through his current addiction to Clubhouse. 

Rembrandt currently lives in Los Angeles and tries to balance his work life with his love of personal growth and the arts. When not working 24/7, he can be found sweating at his home gym either doing a Peloton or Tonal Workout. In  his spare time, his philanthropic side has him giving back with two charities near and dear to his heart: Unlikely Heroes and The Art of Elysium. 

Peter Philipp Wingsoe “PPW” 

Entrepreneur, Advisor and Investor 

Recognized as one of the original creators of the micro-endorsement space, natural born innovator turned serial entrepreneur and veteran in digital start-ups, PPW touts over 30+ years of experience in operations, retail management, business development and strategic advisory and has an impressive track record of building profitable brands and companies from the ground up. PPW co-created Pink Dot, setting into swift motion the now popular e-commerce and online food deliver & grocery trend. He eventually went on to co-found the first-of-its-kind “in stream” advertising platform ad.ly, along with other household names in the digital sphere, including Payra, Tinder, Looksy, Float, etc. 

As a co-founder, he has a proven track record and a highly effective evaluation process for determining and ensuring a brand’s success, both in its home territory as well as in international markets. 

With a professional background in and distinct aptitude for brand building and expansion, particularly in uncharted markets and territories, copenhagen-born PPW’s comprehensive knowledge of the international landscape has made him a consummate resource within all partnered organizations. PPW has an extensive reach and relationships with key industry people within the USA and throughout the world, and has created a winning combination for companies and brands that wish to grow and expand their footprint. 



PPW also co-owns one of the most successful Licensing & Distribution firms in South East Asia, with 12+ brands in its portfolio, and well over 200+ points of sale, mainly in the Philippines and Thailand. He Currently serves as Advisor, Board Member and Strategic Consultant for numerous start-ups as well as established Corporations in both the US, Philippines and Thailand and remains an avid traveler with homes spread across the globe.
